World Environment Day Resource 2016 now available!
UnitingJustice’s World Environment Day Resource for 2016 is now available. Written by a collection of people, including our director, Jessica Morthorpe, this annual resource helps churches to easily plan an environment themed worship service to celebrate World Environment Day (WED) or at anytime during the year. This year, WED is on Sunday 5th of June, and the theme of the resource is ‘Together for a World Made Whole’. You can download the resource here:
http://www.unitingjustice.org.au/environment/information-and-action-resources/item/1172-wed2016
Please spread word of the resource to your networks and let us know if you used the resource, and any feedback you have.
Also, if you would like to read two extra exciting stories of hope, which had to be cut from the resource due to a lack of space, please click here.

February 2016
Launching: Our Sixteen Green Churches in 2016 Campaign!
In 2016 we would like to bring 16 new churches on board to help grow our church greening movement. To do this we need some cash for advertising so we can get the word out there! Too many churches have never heard about our program, and they are missing out on an amazing chance to be empowered to make a difference and to celebrate together when they achieve an award.
If you would like to help us to save the environment and empower these important community groups please visit our FundRazr page here: https://fundrazr.com/campaigns/1167E0/ab/b5TZS9
Or if you think your church might qualify for an award, or if your church has taken any action for the environment and is interested in doing more, please email us today at fiveleafecoawards (at) gmail.com to see how we can help!
